Valentin combines a long-standing passion for technology with a methodical approach to problem-solving. A seasoned email authentication expert, he remains current on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in the field. Before joining Valimail, Valentin supported customers at AOL, Yahoo, and Verizon, where he handled escalated cases and Tier 2 support, gaining deep expertise in email client configurations and resolving complex issues.
Outside of work, Valentin enjoys hitting the gym, exploring the city with his wife and daughter on weekends, and discovering new movies and music.
Raul Truta
Sr. Technical Account Manager
With a background in economics and over a decade of customer support experience, Raul blends technical expertise with strong communication. He previously worked at AOL and Verizon in escalated support and Tier 2 roles, collaborating with Tier 1 teams and building a deep understanding of complex email systems.

To stay current on industry trends, Raul reads tech blogs and attends webinars. Off the clock, he’s either playing soccer, cooking for friends, his fiancée, or family, or acting as his cat’s personal assistant.
Cornel Onofras
Sr. Technical Account Manager

Cornel brings hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, email authentication, and customer service. He thrives on simplifying complex issues and offering practical, actionable guidance to customers. Before Valimail, he supported mail systems at AOL with a focus on operational excellence.
Constantly learning, Cornel is well-versed in DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. He enjoys building Legos with his 4-year-old, experimenting in the kitchen, hiking, and diving into tech side projects — with the occasional gaming session to unwind.
Andrei Mirea
Enterprise Onboarding Specialist
Since joining Valimail in 2020, Andrei has been focused on creating smooth, proactive onboarding experiences. He brings nearly 20 years of customer support experience in the tech industry and worked at AOL, where he supported email and related applications.

Andrei constantly expands his expertise in DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to keep pace with evolving industry standards. Outside of work, he’s a fan of ’80s music, history, and astronomy, and he enjoys playing tennis, taking trips with his wife, reading, watching movies, and occasionally writing.
Stefan Brilinschi
SMB and Midmarket Onboarding Specialist / Sr. Product Support Engineer

Stefan joined Valimail in 2022 after working as a Junior Backend Developer at a small .NET company. Despite being new to customer support, he quickly established himself by helping many recognizable companies and universities reach DMARC enforcement. He’s also become a specialist in MTA-STS and supports governmental entities using Valimail’s special product offerings.
Outside of work, Stefan is a passionate Star Wars fan, an occasional cosplayer, and a LEGO collector, spending most of his time with friends, family, and his dog.
Gabriel Balint
Enterprise Onboarding Specialist / Sr. Product Support Engineer
Gabriel joined Valimail in 2022, having previously transitioned from an Area Manager role at Carrefour, a European retail company. Though new to online support at the time, he quickly made an impact, guiding some of Valimail’s most complex customers, including Duke, Montana State, South Florida, and Vanderbilt Medical, to DMARC enforcement. Today, he’s known internally as the Product Support Engineer with the most positive client feedback.

In his free time, Gabriel collects diecast 1:64 cars, builds Gunpla models, plays single-player PC video games, and reads comics. He’s passionate about photography and cooking, and his ideal getaway is a quiet beach (as long as there’s Wi-Fi).
