Currently as the Chief People and Performance Officer at Valimail, Elaine drives continuous growth as the primary architect on Organizational Design and Effectiveness and leads the People + Performance team overseeing Knowledge and Learning, Strategic Planning, Employer Communications and Brand and all aspects of HR/Talent, IT, Compliance. In the time Elaine has been with Valimail, the organization has doubled its growth while winning both marketplace and workplace awards.
Elaine is passionate about scaling individuals, teams and organizations and was recently named one of the country’s Top 25 HR Innovators by Business Insider. Outside of work, Elaine loves family time with her husband and daughter, and actively volunteers her time developing emerging leaders in the social sector.
