Valimail Expands Leadership Team With Enterprise Tech and Security Talent

As it makes significant moves to recruit and retain top-notch talent, Valimail announced today two key additions to its executive team: Mandeep Khera and William Stephens.

Mandeep Khera joins Valimail as chief marketing officer. He brings over 20 years of technology marketing experience including over a decade in cybersecurity. Previously, Khera was the CMO at Arxan, focused on mobile application protection. As CMO of Valimail, Khera will lead the development of the company’s product positioning, market strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, and all other marketing functions. Mandeep brings deep expertise in the cybersecurity industry with experience in Web application security, managed security services, SIEM, and mobile application security. He also led marketing and channel sales functions in IoT, another industry suffering from authentication woes. He was also been involved in contributing to the cybersecurity community including his role as a chapter leader for OWASP Bay Area for three years and currently serving as an advisory board member of Diabetes Technology Security Standard (DTMoSt).

William Stephens joins the company as vice president of product. William comes with a strong track record of building large-scale platforms and products with security at the forefront. Previously the director of product management at PayPal, Stephens was a key member of the platform leadership team responsible for shaping and managing strategy and execution across the company’s platform capabilities: cloud services, platform as a service, security, and scalability. Stephens brings more than a decade of experience in product management roles at enterprise technology and financial technology companies. At Valimail, Stephens will define and drive the execution of our product vision and strategy.
