As it makes significant moves to recruit and retain top-notch talent, Valimail announced today two key additions to its executive team: Mandeep Khera and William Stephens.

In addition to his work at Commerce, Cooper has also held CIO roles at the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Corning, and the American Red Cross.
