Elaine Mak of Valimail is proving that bold ethics yield big results. She was named Female Thought Leader of the Year Finalist in 20th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Elaine Mak was named Finalist in the Female Thought Leader of the Year category in the 20th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

Hailed as the world’s premier business awards, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run – worldwide.

“What is particularly special about this acknowledgment is the recognition that our stand-out results were built upon more than just hard work or even teamwork, but driven by true thought leadership in the way we approached business transformation. I share this honor with all of the people who partnered with me as we bravely embraced the From Perks to Performance™ methodology over an ambitious two-year period.

Our efforts to design and operate our business through a values-driven strategy have paid off in every way. From the innovation of our products to advancements in our business policy, process, and structure, Valimail has demonstrated that businesses driven by ethics are built to excel in any economic climate.”
