Available to Valimail Enforce Enterprise customers, the DMARC Report Builder allows users to choose exactly how they want their DMARC data organized, filtered, and displayed.instead of relying solely on pre-defined reports.
More flexibility, more insight
As organizations continue to rely on data-driven decision-making, reporting tools need to be flexible enough to support different workflows and use cases. Security teams, email administrators, and analysts often need to answer different questions using the same underlying data.
The DMARC Report Builder provides a new way to interact with Valimail reporting data, giving users the ability to build reports around the metrics that matter most to them.
Users can group report data by domains, subdomains, senders, countries, and date range. This flexibility makes it easier to identify trends, investigate suspicious activity, and better understand how email authentication is performing across an organization.
Choose the data that matters most
The DMARC Report Builder allows users to select and arrange the metrics they want to include in their reports.
Available data points include suspicious emails, total emails, emails quarantined or rejected, your overall DMARC pass rate, your SPF and DKIM pass rates, and which emails were allowed through, via enforcement, no enforcement, or because of policy override settings. Users can easily add, remove, reorder, and sort output columns to create reports that align with their specific requirements.
Different audiences often prefer different ways of consuming data. Some users want to see raw message counts, while others prefer percentages that make trends easier to identify and compare. With the DMARC Report Builder, users can choose whether metrics are displayed as raw counts or percentages.
Save and reuse custom reports
Once a report has been created, it can be saved and accessed directly from the Reports Dashboard. Users can create multiple reports for different purposes, making it easy to maintain separate views for security investigations, executive reporting, operational monitoring, or ongoing DMARC deployment efforts.
