Hype, hope, and cybersecurity: Are your vendors meeting their obligations?

cover of hype, hope and cybersecurity report

Lack of post-sales support leaves CISOs frustrated and disappointed

Cybersecurity spending is way up, but so is user frustration with vendors who either can’t make good on their over-inflated promises or don’t fully support their products. Vendors often fail to articulate the value of their products and their claims are difficult to verify. They also fail to keep their promises nearly half the time and rarely make check-in calls after making sales.

Download the report for the survey results that show security professionals are skeptical about claims made by their cybersecurity product vendors due to lack of details, poor analytics to measure product effectiveness, and a general lack of follow-up by the vendors.
